The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Prepackaged chilled and frozen food bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and personal accessories.
Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt (including holidays), and E-mail: email@example.com or telephone / WhatsApp: 9886 8799 to request exchange, and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for return.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Returned goods must be in a new state and packaged complete goods (maintain the integrity of returned goods, accessories, tags, internal and external packaging, gifts, etc.), we do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, otherwise no return will be accepted.
If there are more than three returns in the month (regardless of the old and new), they will be restricted from purchase.
Exchange merchandise must be after confirmed by mail, please repack the product with detailed return information. Requirements that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. All mailing costs and risks must be paid by the buyer.
Exchanges Policy Requirements, Hong Bao reserved the right to refuse exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
After receiving the returned merchandise without any problem, the refund will be issued to your account per your request within 3–5 business days.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused that once the payment is done, the order information is confirmed by the merchant(s), we are unable to amend/cancel the order for you.
