Pu Erh is the most famous Yunnan large leaf species in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province. As the fermentation comes at the late stage, the more aged the leaves, the smoother and more aromatic the tea. Pu Erh is generally categorized into raw tea (also known as green Pu Erh) and cooked tea (also known as cooked Pu Erh). Green Pu Erh is to go through natural fermentation, as a result, color and taste vary with vintage and the surrounding environment. Whilst cooked Pu Erh is processed by artificial rake technology, and therefore the dark red color, mellow and sweet.

LTD] for many years, she has full of experience in tea making. Therefore, especially in making tea, she has its own special processing procedures. This tea is even better in terms of its color and texture, it is also generally difficult to find.
How to Brew:
Pu Erh Tea is a post-fermented tea and should be brewed with 100°C boiling water. Aged Pu Erh is recommended to use a purple clay teapot to brew, and it can also exert its highest aroma and tea rhyme.
Warm the cup: pour boiling water into pot or tea bowl, as well as the serving cup and the tasting cup to gently rinse.
Place the leaves: for a 150ml capacity pot or tea bowl, place 7 grams of leave. Reduce to 6 grams if the pot size is 120 ml and likewise place 9 grams to 10 grams for pot size of 250ml.
Rinse the leaves: pour boiling water into the pot or tea bowl to cover the leaves and instantly pour the tea out to discard. Repeat the step twice to well soak the leaves.
Brew the tea: the leaves are good for as many as 12 brews. For the 1st to 4th brew, water temperature ideally at 95°C to be poured into the pot or tea bowl from slightly high above to allow the leaves to swirl freely in the pot, the tea should be served immediately without brew in the pot in order to appreciate the delightful taste. The 5th to 8th brew should be done with water temperature between 95°C to 98°C and the pouring should be from low above the pot, and allow the tea to brew inside the pot for 10 to 20 seconds before served. From 9th brew onward, water temperature at 100°C should be poured from low above the pot to allow the tea to brew inside the pot for 1 minute before served.
Serve the tea: the tea can be poured directly into the cups to be enjoyed.
Note: for brews with purple clay tea pot, place the cover and gently shower the tea pot with hot water to “activate” the tea pot when temperature inside and outside the tea pot is synchronized to further enhance the body of the tea. The tea should be poured into the serving cup before distributed to each small cups. Cups should be filled up to 80% full for ease of enjoyment. After drinking the tea, don't miss the opportunity to inhale the after aroma from the cup.
Chinese herbalist believes Pu Erh effective in cleansing and strengthening the internal system, detoxification and contribute to longevity.
The study of the efficacy of Pu Erh tea in modern medicine concluded that this tea has lose weight, lower blood lipid, prevent arteriosclerosis, prevent coronary heart disease, lower blood pressure, anti-aging, anti-cancer, lower blood sugar, ease of stomach ailment and strengthen digestive system.
